In this role, you will lead the execution of large-scale, high-impact projects for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless delivery of complex solutions in a fast-paced tech environment. Acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, you’ll guide multiple workstreams from planning to implementation. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring other project managers and enhancing internal processes to scale project success. Lead the delivery of high-priority, complex projects for major enterprise customers, aligning execution with strategic objectives.. . Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies to ensure project momentum.. . Mentor junior project managers and establish delivery best practices across the organization.. . Drive internal initiatives to improve scalability and maturity within the Professional Services team.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success to support pre-sales and post-implementation activities.. . Develop and implement standardized processes that promote transparency, quality, and delivery efficiency.. . Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.. . . Over 10 years of project management experience in SaaS or cloud-based enterprise environments, with at least 3 years leading complex programs.. . Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to align cross-functional teams and gain stakeholder trust at all levels.. . Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical teams and C-suite audiences.. . Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced settings with an ability to create clarity amidst ambiguity.. . Strong mentorship orientation with a drive to elevate delivery standards.. . Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.. . Skilled in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.. . Preferred: PMP, PgMP certification; experience in CCaaS, call center technologies, or telephony.. .
