
DevOps Manager at LifeStreet Corporation. DUTIES: . Lead and coordinate DevOps team, provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Lead the implementation of new technologies. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of systems. Track and analyze performance metrics. Plan and manage system capacity to meet current and future needs. Develop and implement processes to improve software development and deployment efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation in development, testing, and deployment processes. Implement CI/CD pipelines. Select, implement, and integrate tools to support DevOps processes. Manage monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Lead incident response and troubleshooting for system issues. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Implement and maintain system security measures. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Direct supervision of approximately 5 Operations Engineers.. Job allows for remote work.. REQUIRED EDUCATION:. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:. At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered, or at least TWO (2) years . of experience with the following: . 1) Kubernetes on bare metal. 2) Nginx and Java on high load. 3) Databases: Cassandra, ClickHouse, MySQL. 4) Orchestration & monitoring tools. 5) CI/CD tools. 6) Operating systems: Debian, Ubuntu, MacOS .
