Accountabilities. Support account teams in the implementation and management of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.. Maintain and circulate project tracking and status reports, both internally and externally.. Set up and maintain project information, including job sheets, tracking tools, and documentation.. Prepare materials for project kick-offs, client meetings, and team briefings.. Manage purchase orders, financial tracking, and budget reconciliations for projects.. Assist with document formatting, QC, and fact-checking, ensuring adherence to style guidelines.. Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and client interactions, handling logistics and materials preparation.. Maintain and manage project filing systems for efficient document retrieval.. Proactively identify potential issues, report them to managers, and recommend solutions.. Support induction and training programs for new staff, as well as ongoing team development initiatives.. Degree preferred in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.. Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within a medical communications or professional services environment..
