We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and optimize developer environments, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable backend systems in a high-growth, fintech environment. Lead and deliver quarterly goals for the team, providing guidance and support to engineers through complex and ambiguous problems.. Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams to define requirements, technical constraints, and trade-offs.. Ensure operational reliability and availability of developer tools and environments, including metrics, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities.. Proven ability to define technical plans, write high-quality code, and implement changes safely in large codebases.. Hands-on experience with developer environments, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Buildkite, GitHub Actions), test automation, configuration management, and release engineering..
