Sales Tax Assistant (WFH) at Staff4Me. We are looking for a full-time . Virtual Sales Tax Assistant . to provide administrative and operational support to our team of tax accountants. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a detail-oriented, data-heavy environment.. Responsibilities . . Provide virtual administrative support to a team of tax accountants. . Organize and maintain digital files in Google Drive and other cloud-based platforms. . Draft, send, and manage email communication with internal staff and clients. . Update and maintain spreadsheets, time-tracking logs, and client information sheets. . Follow up with clients and staff members to ensure timely responses and task completion . . Assist in implementing and managing software solutions, AI tools, and workflow automations. . Handle large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platform. . Make professional outbound phone calls as needed (e.g., client follow-up, scheduling). . Provide general virtual assistant support in a technological and analytical environment. . . Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or operations support role.. . Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax-related environments (a plus, not required). . Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization, or workflow automation. . Experience working with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, project management apps, CRM, etc.). . Strong technology background with proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software. . Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel (data analysis, formulas, organization). . Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional phone presence. . Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with interest in leveraging AI tools and automation. . Comfort handling large sets of data and building clean, usable reports. . Company Location: Philippines.
