Use data analytics to track customer engagement and drive targeted outreach. . Identify churn risks and engage customers to improve retention outcomes. . Monitor account health and support contract renewal and upsell efforts. . Gather customer feedback to inform product development. . . 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or sales. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail. . Demonstrated problem-solving and de-escalation capabilities. . Comfortable providing training and reinforcing product value. . Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment. . Strong organizational and time management skills. . Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value. . Experience with CRM or customer success platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, or Tableau is a plus. .
