Provide technical support for Microsoft Graph-related issues via chat or voice. . Assist customers in understanding Graph API behavior, errors, and best practices. . Investigate problems across services like Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Azure AD. . Reproduce issues, analyze API requests/responses, and guide users to solutions. . Document resolutions clearly and maintain communication with customers throughout the support cycle. . Required Skills:. . . Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken).  – . mandatory. . .
