We're hiring a Social Media Community Manager to lead day-to-day community engagement across key social channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit. This individual will help shape how we engage with our audiences in real-time conversations and foster positive, thoughtful interactions that reflect our brand values.. This role will work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistency in voice and communication across all social touchpoints. A key focus will be to bring a human voice to the brand, surface trends, and introduce light-hearted and intentional engagement that adds value to our growing community.. What you will do:. . Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with audiences across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with a focus on fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty. Proactively identify and participate in relevant conversations to increase brand presence and demonstrate Oura’s value in the wellness and health space.. . Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools (primarily Sprinklr) to surface trends, identify engagement opportunities, and provide actionable insights.. . Platform Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of the nuances of engagement, leveraging platform-specific strategies to drive brand awareness and community growth.. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Experience team to maintain a unified and consistent process and brand voice.. . Influencer Relations: Assist in aligning influencers with the brand by evaluating potential partners, providing thoughtful recommendations, and maintaining strong relationships through engagement and outreach.. . A minimum of 5 years of community management experience for a top-tier brand or agency.. . Exceptional writing skills with a knack for adapting to different social media tones and engagement styles.. . Proven experience in community management and social listening, ideally using Sprinklr.. . Platform-specific knowledge, particularly on Reddit and LinkedIn.. . A passion for wellness, fitness, and healthcare, and ideally a background in science writing or a similar field.. . The ability to balance quick responses with thoughtful, brand-aligned messaging.. . Strong understanding of influencer relationship management with emphasis on consistent engagement.. . Analytics and data-driven approach to interpret engagement and identify trends.. .
