Accountabilities. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of platform products, from planning to tactical execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and user satisfaction.. Collaborate with engineering teams to define architecture, APIs, and integrations that align with business and user needs.. Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize value for internal and external stakeholders.. Apply AI-powered tools and insights to improve workflows, analyze data, and inform decision-making.. Understand and address challenges of multi-tenant, extensible, and integrable platform solutions.. Gather market intelligence, trends, and user feedback to inform product strategy.. Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, articulating the vision and value proposition of platform products.. . 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of technology platforms or SaaS products in fast-paced environments.. Strong technical knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS models, Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven Architectures, and API-first design principles.. Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them for product management efficiency and insights.. Proven experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and ensuring alignment across teams.. Excellent prioritization, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.. Exceptional communication and documentation abilities, including creating detailed product requirement documents (PRDs)..
