You will play a critical role in scaling our engineering and technology teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates across various technical domains.. Key Responsibilities:. . . End-to-End Recruitment:. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles – from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers to successful onboarding. . . . Strategic Talent Acquisition:. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals. . . . Candidate Sourcing:. Leverage a mix of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, talent communities, employee referrals, and recruitment events to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. . . . Stakeholder Management:. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment updates, and guidance on best hiring practices. . . . Employer Branding:. Partner with marketing and leadership teams to enhance employer branding efforts and promote the company as an employer of choice for tech professionals. . . . Data-Driven Hiring:. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness to improve efficiency and decision-making. . . . Candidate Experience:. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from the first interaction to onboarding. . . . Process Improvement:. Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools to ensure scalability, agility, and high performance. . . Required Skills & Experience:. . 5–12 years of proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition roles, preferably within high-growth product or technology companies. . . Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets (e.g., software engineering, data science, DevOps, QA, etc.), and the ability to engage with candidates at a peer level. . . Demonstrated success in hiring for mid-to-senior level technical positions across different functions and geographies. . . Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment analytics. . . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships. . . A self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership, agility, and attention to detail. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. . . Exposure to employer branding, diversity hiring, and talent marketing strategies. . . Experience recruiting in startup or hyper-growth environments is a plus.. . Company Location: India.
