Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients in the education and e-learning sector.. . Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.. . Assist users with account setup, course enrollment, and technical issues related to e-learning platforms.. . Educate clients about available courses, services, and resources within the e-learning environment.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues by troubleshooting and offering solutions promptly.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless user experience and assist in product enhancements.. . . Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the education or e-learning industry.. . Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.. . Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies is highly desirable.. . Proficient in using CRM software and basic office applications.. .
