Admin Assistant (Digital Marketing Support) at VirtueStaff. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support for one of our clients, focusing on their digital communications, event management, and online presence. This role requires proficiency with various digital tools and a proactive approach to supporting ongoing initiatives. The software knowledge is strictly required, and only those with the provided software experience will be considered for this position.. Responsibilities. . Assist in the management and execution of email marketing campaigns, automations, and journeys within Mailchimp, leveraging full knowledge of its features. . Support event creation and administration on Eventbrite, including setting up events, assisting with attendee communications, and facilitating integration of attendee data into Mailchimp via Zapier. . Provide administrative support for our client's WordPress website, including basic webpage updates, adjustments to existing content, and assisting with event calendar plugin management. . Utilize Zapier to connect various platforms such as Eventbrite, WordPress, and Mailchimp, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. . Manage and maintain newsletter schedules using existing Excel spreadsheets; proactively take ownership of these processes. . Create and edit images for newsletters and other digital content using Canva as needed. . Assist in drafting and formatting newsletter content and other digital communications. . Support the creation and updating of basic pages on WordPress. . Organize and maintain digital files and administrative records related to digital marketing activities. . Collaborate closely with our client's team to ensure administrative tasks support their digital marketing goals and branding. . . Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing tasks. . Strong working knowledge of Mailchimp, including experience with automations, campaigns, and newsletters. . Familiarity with creating and managing events and communicating with attendees via Eventbrite. . Basic understanding of WordPress for website updates, content management, and plugin usage (especially for event calendars). . Experience using Zapier for connecting and automating tasks between different online platforms. . Experience assisting with newsletter creation, scheduling, and content management. . Ability to create or edit basic images using Canva. . Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. . Ability to follow established processes and procedures effectively. . Competency in managing and updating information in Excel spreadsheets. . Familiarity with ThriveCart is a bonus, but not required as training will be provided. . Required Softwares:. . Mailchimp. .
