Learn more about our journey and mission on our  . About us. page!. . About the Role. We are looking for a Senior SEM Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for owning and scaling paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other SEM platforms, with a strong focus on driving profitable user acquisition for our web subscription products. You will be hands-on, working closely with Paid Social, SEO, Analytics, and Product teams to maximize ROI.. What You’ll Do. . Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant search networks.. . Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, and bidding approaches tailored for subscription funnels.. . Manage budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency while hitting growth and profitability goals.. . Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, retention) to inform decision-making.. . Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.. . Collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve attribution, reporting, and cohort-based insights.. . Stay up-to-date on SEM industry trends, automation tools, and platform updates.. . . 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience (Google Ads required; Bing a plus).. . Proven experience managing large budgets (€1M+/year).. . Strong analytical skills; advanced user of Excel and familiar with tools like Looker or Google Data Studio.. . Experience with subscription business models (LTV, churn, payback period) strongly preferred.. . Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other attribution/analytics tools.. . Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across creative, product, and analytics.. . Data-driven with a test-and-learn approach.. .
