Cyber SME III . to join our team in support of the government customer’s mission for Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of Cybersecurity and Electromagnetic activities interests, policy, procedures, methodologies, capability needs and resourcing, Cybersecurity Assessment Program (CAP) evaluations in Joint and Service Training exercises and related subject matter expertise. . Must have a sound foundation and advanced knowledge of Information Assurance policy, compliance requirements and related measures including but not limited to Protect, Detect, React, Restore and Resilience metrics. A particular appreciation of mission impacts identified is essential. Must have experience in translating customer system requirements to Cybersecurity T&E plans and measures.. Provide expertise in the application of the six phases of cybersecurity T&E for new acquisition and legacy systems and operational network environments. . . Provide expertise for exercise/event support of Cyber ranges and related discrete Service test and training capabilities and Cyber capabilities in National labs, universities, and industry.. . Creates and publishes technical documentations and manuals.. . Collects and interprets technical data or information and coordinates layout for publication.. . Analyzes test results and technical team notes.. . Writes test reports.. . Supports technical proposal development.. . Develops product specification sheets.. .
