Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone, providing timely and accurate solutions.. . Analyze customer needs to determine the best method of support, including Help Center articles, visual guides, or screen-share sessions.. . Collaborate with Product, Development, and other internal teams to resolve escalated issues and gather feedback for product improvements.. . Educate customers on platform features, empowering them to effectively use the product.. . Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and best practices, ensuring knowledge resources are current and helpful.. . Identify recurring issues and propose process or product improvements.. .
