Deliver 1:1, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth, aiming for approximately 26 sessions per week.. . Conduct intakes, assessments, and create personalized treatment plans.. . Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR accurately and on time.. . Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other clinicians.. . Offer clients and families practical tools, resources, and consistent support.. . Preferred availability includes weekday afternoons/evenings (3–9 PM) and one weekend day per week.. . . Active Maryland license as LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT.. . Strong interest and experience in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.. . Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a virtual care setting.. . High levels of empathy, communication skills, and clinical judgment.. .
