Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a world-class mobile experience.. . Contribute 80–90% of your time to hands-on coding, ensuring clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.. . Lead large-scale technical projects, anticipating infrastructure needs and making key architectural decisions.. . Serve as a mentor to junior engineers, sharing expertise and fostering growth.. . Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and best practices.. . Participate in the entire agile development cycle from ideation to deployment.. . Troubleshoot complex challenges, offer scalable solutions, and support a culture of high-quality engineering.. . . 3+ years of experience in Android product development with a strong grasp of Kotlin and app architecture best practices.. . Solid understanding of multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and design patterns like MVVM or MVC.. . Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (unit and UI), Android frameworks, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.. . Familiarity with app submission, signing, and store guidelines.. .
