Oversee operations related to monitoring IT contract and grant performance, including developing and tracking key performance metrics.. . Review, develop, and approve internal contract and grant deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution.. . Coordinate communications, schedule and lead meetings, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.. . Serve as principal liaison between agency management, customers, and vendors, facilitating collaboration and effective issue resolution.. . Ensure compliance with contracts and grants, including reviewing billing, fiscal data, and eligibility determinations.. . Lead vendor negotiations, process documentation, and dispute resolution to achieve positive outcomes.. . Prepare and track budgets and Legislative Appropriations Request (LAR) documents for multiple projects.. . Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.. . . 20+ years of experience with government regulations, laws, and software licensing practices.. . 20+ years of experience managing a portfolio of expenditures aligned with organizational strategy.. . Proven track record of delivering operational efficiencies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.. . 15+ years of experience with DCS contract practices, including budgeting and forecasting.. . 12+ years of experience preparing and managing Legislative Appropriations Requests (LARs).. . 8+ years of experience in planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, and reporting.. .
