This role provides an opportunity to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing pediatric healthcare environment. You will work closely with senior product managers, data engineers, and analysts to respond to data requests, analyze healthcare and operational datasets, and help define features for data products. The position allows you to blend technical and analytical skills with a mission-driven focus on improving healthcare delivery for children with complex medical needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to data quality initiatives, and gain exposure to product management practices in a dynamic, impact-driven setting. Respond to data analysis requests supporting healthcare delivery and business operations.. . Partner with senior product and project managers to define requirements, technical specifications, and prioritize work.. . Analyze operational and healthcare datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data products and features.. .
