Duties and Responsibilities:. ·       Provide troubleshooting and deployment for the current network technologies in use including but not limited to:  L2L, DVMPN, FlexVPN and Remote Access VPN setup, moves, changes.. ·       Provide V-switch configuration in Vmware environment.. ·       Ensure all network assets are bound to TACACS framework. . ·       Develop and maintain processes for run book development. . ·       Provide technical guidance around the design and deployment of functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN). . ·       Able to work remotely to provide assistance for configuring and installing software, switches, routers, and other network related activities.. ·       Serve as an escalation point of contact. . ·       Mentor team members on technical issues. . ·       Provide reporting on key projects and initiatives. . Ensure time reporting is completed weekly.. Skills / Qualifications:. ·       At least 3 – 5 years of enterprise network support, and maintenance experience (routers, switches, VPN, and management tools). ·       Knowledge of Cisco Systems products and solutions (specifically L2LVPN, DMVPN/FLEXVPN, RA VPN). . ·       Knowledge with supporting global MPLS/VPN solutions within the Enterprise. . ·       Working knowledge of network and cyber security practices . ·       Strong Experience with Cisco-based equipment such as ISR, ASA, Firepower, and Catalyst switching is a must. . ·       Check point firewall experience is required.. ·       VMware experience is desirable.. ·       Routing protocols experience. . ·       Knowledge of Legacy WAN/LAN level hardware for switching and routing and security such as HP Procurve, SonicWall, Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Fortinet Firewalls, and other legacy hardware, . ·       Experience with Wireless Networking (Cisco/Meraki). . ·       Knowledge and ability to design networking topologies and network wiring systems  . ·       Working knowledge of high-level routers and WAN topologies . COMPETENCIES. ·       A history of self-motivation, organization, planning and detail-oriented work . ·       The skill set and desire to stay up with technology changes . ·       Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical and business documentation . ·       Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing . ·       Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various levels of management and users . ·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision . ·       A team player, able to work with peers on tasks and projects . ·       Cultural awareness.  .
