Deliver exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.. . Troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT issues, including software, hardware, and connectivity challenges.. . Provide insights and training to customers on product usage, features, and best practices.. . Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.. . Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvements.. . . Fluency in Czech and English is required, both written and verbal.. .
