As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative digital strategies that drive demand, engagement, and growth across diverse markets. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize digital performance, and collaborate closely with product, campaign, and field marketing teams to deliver measurable business results. You will analyze campaign performance, leverage marketing technologies, and continually identify new opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and pipeline growth. Your work will directly impact brand visibility and contribute to overall market expansion across India and the broader APAC region.. . Accountabilities. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, paid social, email, programmatic, and SEO.. Drive demand generation strategies and customer engagement initiatives tailored to India and APAC markets.. Collaborate with campaign, product marketing, and field teams to amplify global and regional campaigns into target audiences.. Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to support customer lifecycle and retention.. Monitor, analyze, and report on key KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like GA-4, Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker.. Maintain structured documentation and processes to ensure collaboration and scalability.. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance campaigns and channel strategies.. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.. 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or technology sectors within the APAC region.. Strong knowledge of digital channels and tools, including SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic, 6Sense, Demandbase, and content marketing.. Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., GA-4, Marketo, Salesforce).. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. Strong communication, copy-editing, and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with global, regional, and local teams.. Adaptable approach to strategy for diverse markets and audiences.. Preferred / Nice-to-Have:. Exposure to AI tools in marketing workflows.. Strong sense of design and marketing messaging.. .
