We are currently looking for a Regional Account Manager in Arizona & Colorado.. This field-based role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to manage and grow key accounts within a defined territory. The Regional Account Manager will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, focusing on ophthalmologists and optometrists, to drive product adoption and maximize engagement. This position blends strategic account planning, business development, and hands-on customer interaction. You will operate with autonomy while collaborating with internal teams, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions. Regular travel across the territory and occasional national meetings ensure a stimulating, diverse, and high-impact work environment.. Accountabilities. . Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including ophthalmologists and optometrists, to increase product usage and recommendations.. . Execute territory sales plans, focusing on high-priority accounts and ensuring pre-set objectives for sales and activity metrics are achieved.. . Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and demonstrations to communicate product value effectively.. . Plan, track, and analyze territory activities using CRM tools to optimize outcomes and ROI from promotional efforts.. . Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.. . Collaborate with internal colleagues and third-party stakeholders to maximize commercial effectiveness and share best practices.. . Lead account planning initiatives, developing strategies for key accounts and building relationships with influential industry leaders.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field preferred; professional qualifications and memberships are advantageous.. .
