Lead client engagement teams in delivering high-quality transaction advisory services across buy-side and sell-side mandates.. . Analyze complex deal issues including quality of earnings, pro-forma adjustments, working capital, debt analysis, and contract reviews.. . Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and concerns are promptly addressed.. . Coach and mentor staff on due diligence processes, decision making, reporting, and project management.. . Collaborate with practice leadership to develop strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.. . Identify and pursue business development prospects through industry relationships and proposal development.. . Manage multiple projects efficiently in deadline-driven environments while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.. . . Seven or more years of financial due diligence and quality of earnings experience, including at least five years in transaction advisory services.. . Extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, with experience in hospitals, health systems, physician practices, MSOs, ACOs, MCOs, healthcare IT, revenue cycle management, and payor contracts.. .
