We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of client networks while providing high-level technical expertise and support. This role involves troubleshooting complex network issues, supporting multi-site LAN/WAN environments, and maintaining next-generation firewall and routing configurations. You will act as an escalation point for service desk teams, work on infrastructure improvements, and assist with client projects. Troubleshoot end-user connectivity, remote connections (Meraki, VPN, Citrix), and data center links.. Support core network infrastructure across multiple sites using protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and GRE VPNs.. Manage internet connectivity for clients, including DIAs and data center internet connections.. Create and maintain Layer 1–3 network diagrams for client environments.. Conduct root cause analysis for repetitive or major network issues and implement permanent solutions.. Configure and troubleshoot next-generation firewalls, including Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki appliances.. Lead network installation and upgrade projects independently, ensuring compliance with client requirements.. Provide support for voice, video, security, and multi-cloud connectivity setups.. Maintain accurate ticketing system entries and adhere to SLA timelines.. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address escalation requests and infrastructure challenges.. . 3+ years of networking experience in enterprise or service provider environments.. Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment and firewalls.. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, DHCP, DNS, NAT, ACLs, VPNs, QoS, Spanning Tree, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).. Experience with virtualization and network integration with VMware infrastructure.. Familiarity with network monitoring platforms and performance troubleshooting.. Knowledge of next-generation firewalls, including Meraki, Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto.. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills..
