Manage customer inquiries regarding delivery services, account issues, and order tracking via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and company policies.. . Assist customers with placing orders, resolving deliveries, and addressing any concerns.. . Document customer interactions and maintain records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to improve service delivery and resolve issues.. . Stay updated on service offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. .
