Design and maintain dashboards in BI tools like Looker Studio and Salesforce/HubSpot to track campaign performance, pipeline health, lead flow, and conversions.. . Automate recurring reporting processes and develop self-serve analytics tools for GTM teams.. . Analyze funnel performance from lead generation to deal closure, providing insights on key KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and channel attribution.. . Support A/B tests, sales activity reviews, and segmentation strategy development.. . Write Python and SQL scripts to extract, clean, and enrich data from external sources (e.g., APIs, press releases, job boards).. . Build automated enrichment pipelines to enhance CRM and marketing datasets with firmographics, tech stack, hiring activity, and more.. . Ensure data integrity across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Databricks; troubleshoot data quality issues and propose improvements.. . Maintain and optimize key GTM logic — including lead scoring, lifecycle transitions, attribution models, and automation workflows.. . . 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or a similar role.. . Educational background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics.. . Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies as they relate to automation and GTM operations.. . Experience with B2B go-to-market strategies and a clear understanding of key performance metrics.. . Proficiency in Python or SQL, and familiarity with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).. . Practical knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.. .
