Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and working closely with your colleagues in Martech, Data, and Product, you’ll lead a team of 4-5 CRM specialists in the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns whilst ensuring seamless CRM stack integration.. Much of your motivation and satisfaction from this business-critical position will come from knowing the responsibility you’ll have, the freedom you’ll experience, and the role you’ll play in successfully building and scaling segmented lifecycle programs that drive sustained engagement, improve long-term retention and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…. . Demonstrable breadth and depth of success in lifecycle marketing ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment.. . Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable) and experience managing a CRM tech stack and Customer Data Platform (CDP).. . Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.. . Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, data, and engineering teams.. . Expertise in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing strategies, and personalization techniques.. . Experience in driving customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies with measurable results.. .
