Business Assistant - Project Manager at Carazo Enterprise SL. About the Role:. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Business Assistant – Project Manager. This is a hybrid role combining executive/business assistance and project management, supporting our operations in marketing, sales, exhibitions, and international distribution.. You will work directly with senior management, coordinating multiple ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing operational and administrative support across departments. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proven success in international project environments.. Key Responsibilities:. Business Assistance. . Provide day-to-day executive support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and correspondence.. . Prepare and maintain business documentation: contracts, presentations, reports, and internal communications.. . Act as a liaison between management, departments, and external partners.. . Conduct research and market analysis to support decision-making.. . Track and follow up on management’s tasks and deadlines to ensure completion.. . . Project Management. . Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing, sales, exhibition, and distribution projects from concept to completion.. . Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and task lists using modern PM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday).. . Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely deliverables.. . Monitor project KPIs and prepare status updates for management.. . Support logistics and operations for trade shows, product launches, and B2B events.. . Mandatory. . Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field).. . Minimum 3 years proven experience as Business Assistant in international projects.. . Proven Project Management experience with successful project delivery.. . Fluent English (C1 or higher) – both written and spoken.. . Strong computer skills: MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, PM software.. . Excellent organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and ability to multitask.. . Proactive, independent, and able to anticipate needs without constant supervision.. . Current residence in Ukraine, Serbia, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, or Bulgaria.. . Preferred. . Russian language fluency – a strong advantage.. . Experience in marketing, sales operations, or event coordination.. . Understanding of international trade/distribution processes.. . Soft Skills. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. .
