Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and professional Outbound Caller/CSR to engage with our existing customer base and introduce them to additional services and value-add products. This role focuses primarily on warm calling (existing customers), with some cold calling as needed. The goal is to build strong customer relationships, book services, and generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.. Key Responsibilities: . . Make outbound calls to existing customers and occasionally to new prospects.. . Present and explain services in clear, professional English, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits.. .
