Ability to analyze and interpret data for promo campaign optimization. . Market research and competitor analysis experience. . Understanding of working with different user segments. . Experience collaborating with product teams, designers, and external vendors. . Proficiency in working with analytics tools. . Strong communication skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness. . Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. . English proficiency at B1/B2 level. . . Responsibilities. 1. Development and Implementation of Gamification Activities. . Design the conditions and mechanics for new gamification features. . Communicate with product teams regarding implementation of functionality. . Set up tasks for teams involved in gamification rollouts. . Prepare technical specifications, timelines, and oversee execution. . Configure gamification conditions in the relevant systems. . 2. Analytics and Optimization. . Collect data and analyze the effectiveness of launched gamification tools. . Generate reports on activity outcomes. . Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for new mechanics. . 3. Support of the Promo Team. . Contribute to the creation of regular bonus conditions and promo calendars. . Assist in calculations, setup, and analysis of various promotions (loyalty programs, referral programs, etc.). . Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns. . Maintain documentation and take part in joint promo planning. . 4. Communication and Team Collaboration. . Work closely with analysts, designers, CRM, game managers, and product teams. . Maintain effective communication through Slack, Asana, and Jira. . Coordinate timely execution of tasks related to gamification and promo. . 5. Quality Control and Finalization. .
