Playwright. for web applications . Write clean, scalable, and maintainable test scripts using . JavaScript and TypeScript. . Perform comprehensive . manual testing. including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing . Plan and execute . API testing. for RESTful services using appropriate tools and frameworks . Validate API responses, payloads, error handling, and performance against specifications . Collaborate with developers during the SDLC to identify test scenarios early and prevent defects . Review product requirements, technical designs, and user stories to ensure test coverage . Identify, log, and track defects clearly, working closely with engineering teams for timely resolution . Contribute to . test strategy, test planning, and test execution reports. . Continuously improve test automation coverage and testing processes . Ensure quality best practices are followed across releases and environments . Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to building strong QA standards within the team . Required Skills & Qualifications. . 6–8 years of hands-on experience. in Quality Assurance across manual and automation testing . Strong experience with . Playwright. for browser automation . Proficiency in . JavaScript and TypeScript. for writing automation frameworks and test scripts . Solid understanding of . REST APIs. and extensive experience in . API testing. . Strong fundamentals of . manual testing methodologies. , test case design, and execution . Experience working with automation frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines . Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies . Ability to analyze complex systems and identify edge cases and risk areas . Strong communication and collaboration skills . Good to Have. Experience with performance or security testing . Exposure to cloud-based applications or microservices architecture .
