As a Media Operations Specialist, your success will be measured by your ability to deliver accurate, efficient, and insight-driven campaign execution while ensuring collaboration across teams.. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Campaign Execution & Trafficking. . Support the setup and trafficking of campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.. . QA all assets and links before launch to ensure flawless execution.. . Monitor live campaigns daily, flagging performance anomalies and recommending optimizations.. . . Process & Documentation. . Maintain tracking sheets, spec guides, and campaign calendars for visibility and accuracy.. . Aggregate screenshots and compile reporting decks for end-of-campaign reviews.. . Recommend process improvements and streamline internal workflows.. . Collaboration & Creativity. . Work closely with creative teams to ensure assets meet technical specs without compromising impact.. . Identify opportunities to test new placements, formats, or bidding strategies.. .
