Responsibilities. . Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Canon products and services.. . Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and troubleshooting assistance.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved.. .
