This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 HANA MM and IM modules for a global client base. You will play a critical role in driving end-to-end supply chain solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high system performance. Working remotely with some travel, you will influence business processes and lead large-scale projects in dynamic industry environments, including chemicals and aerospace & defense sectors.. . Accountabilities:. . Lead SAP MM module implementations focusing on Purchasing (PUR) and Inventory Management (IM).. . Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop detailed functional specifications.. . Configure SAP MM settings related to vendor management, inventory control, and material valuation.. . Collaborate with teams across SD, WM, and FI modules to ensure integrated solutions.. . Manage data migration, system testing, cutover activities, and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.. . Continuously improve SAP MM processes and system performance while documenting key deliverables such as BRDs, UAT, SIT, and configuration documents.. . Facilitate workshops, identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.. . . Minimum 15+ years of SAP implementation experience with strong expertise in S/4 HANA MM, IM, and WM modules.. . Proven track record of 1-2 full lifecycle SAP MM implementations, including greenfield projects.. . Deep knowledge of procurement (direct/indirect), inventory management, and 3PL scenarios.. . Industry experience in Chemical and Aerospace & Defense sectors is preferred.. . Certified in SAP S/4 HANA MM highly preferred.. . Strong skills in business process analysis, system design, and SAP Activate methodology.. . Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.. .
