QuickTeam is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for business expansion.. Responsibilities:. . Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.. . Identify potential clients and proactively generate leads through various channels.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.. . Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of QuickTeam's services.. . Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and maintain high client retention rates.. . Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.. . Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to upper management.. . Participate in sales meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote QuickTeam's services.. . . Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.. . Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.. . Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Strong negotiation and closing skills.. . Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive for results.. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.. .
