We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Ravelin Client Operations team, who will be focused on the scalability of our operations, as well as making the programme that was kicked off after our acquisition by Worldpay a success. . Then this is the job for you! . Responsibilities. Project manage part of our Product Scaling Readiness efforts.. In this we aim to get our newer products up and running for new clients as quickly and efficiently as possible. . This involves data scientists, product support analysts, account managers, project managers and (integration) engineers and you will aim to have them work together in the most enjoyable, efficient and client-friendly way possible. . The programme of work extends from the first touch points with potential customers all the way to business as usual management of our clients, so you should also expect to work with our sales and marketing teams. . Take on project management responsibilities for our integration efforts between Ravelin and Worldpay, including reporting, dependency management, timeline tracking, documentation, managing risks and be the communication link between the two companies.  . Regularly contribute to internal product, operational and technical discussions, feeling comfortable to drive follow up actions. Produce first drafts of process and design documents, ranging from how to set KPIs for our new products to suggesting optimisations in our go-lives processes . Facilitate meetings between different teams and unblock their work where needed. Motivate other teams to get involved with the projects you are running . Develop strong day to day working relationships with stakeholders across Ravelin teams and Worldpay. Whenever required, help project manage other urgent projects, for instance new client integrations. . Requirements. Be able to manage projects to completion, if you’ve also done programme level work, directing multiple (smaller) projects at the same time that’s even better . Being able to influence without authority. Most of the people you’ll be working with won’t be assigned full-time to your projects, if you’ve worked like that in the past, that’s a big plus . Have a good understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ideally having worked with both. Be more than just a process project manager, consider business value and direct your time and the company’s resources to where they are needed most . Have had exposure to (technically) complex products or solutions. Have exceptional communication skills – being able to communicate clearly with both technical and commercial audiences. Be thoughtful and efficient; ability to direct others confidently and through kindness and persuasion get people onboard with your ideas. Analytical with great attention to detail, being data driven whenever you can be, if you’ve got dashboarding and/or SQL skills that’s a bonus . Pragmatic problem solver and solutions oriented, we will always encourage you to find the solution to the challenge presented yourself where possible, while keeping in mind that everything you do directly affects the people you work with . Be commercially-savvy, if you’ve worked in any kind of commercial role before that’s a big nice to have . Benefits.
