Accountabilities:. . Monitor developments in accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP) and evaluate their impact on financial reporting.. . Conduct in-depth research on complex accounting topics including revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, and stock-based compensation.. . Lead the development and upkeep of internal accounting policies in line with regulatory updates and business needs.. . Provide expert guidance to internal teams and serve as the go-to advisor on technical accounting matters.. . Review and support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with reporting standards.. . Collaborate with Finance Operations to implement process improvements for reporting efficiency and consistency.. .
