Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including PPC, display, social media, and email marketing.. Analyze campaign performance data and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI while minimizing costs.. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad copies and visuals that align with the brand’s messaging.. Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs and prepare reports to communicate performance trends and insights to stakeholders.. Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to innovate and improve performance marketing initiatives.. Proven ability to manage and grow £10k+ monthly ad budgets.. Strong knowledge of Merchant Center, product feeds, and catalog management.. Comfortable with GA4 and reporting tools..
