Lead Receptionist (Front Desk Lead). Oversee scheduling workflows and call handling . Ensure quality of patient communication . Monitor team performance (calls, bookings, responsiveness) . Support escalation handling and patient concerns . Maintain workflow efficiency across front desk operations . B. Lead Authorization VA. Manage prior authorizations and insurance approvals . Oversee submission, follow-ups, and approvals . Ensure compliance with payer requirements . Support denial prevention strategies . Coordinate closely with billing and clinical teams . Systems & Tools. . ModMed EMR (preferred). . Phone systems (RingCentral or similar) . Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) . AI tools for video/content creation . Qualifications. Experience in . Dermatology / Med Spa / Aesthetics (required). . Strong . English communication skills (minimal to no accent). . Experience in . patient coordination, scheduling, or medical VA. . Familiarity with . insurance verification / authorizations (for relevant roles). . Experience with . social media or content creation (for marketing roles). .
