Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order placements, and shipping status.. . Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.. . Educate customers about the brand's premium coffee offerings and promotions.. . Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement.. .
