Our flagship site, Envelopes.com, is evolving fast with a new Magento platform, deep customization capabilities, and a bold vision for data-driven growth.. We’re looking for a Director of DTC Growth to lead that charge. This role is for someone who thrives on action—who wants to build, test, iterate, and scale. You’ll be at the forefront of AI-powered marketing, using cutting-edge tools to unlock creativity, efficiency, and impact. You should bring both left-brain analytical rigor and right-brain creative energy.. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn strategy into execution. The ideal candidate has deep experience in paid media and knows how to drive performance working alongside internal teams and external agencies.. What You'll Do. . Build and execute a comprehensive DTC growth roadmap across Envelopes.com and other key properties, focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value. . . Lead our paid media strategy, overseeing budget allocation, performance tracking, and agency collaboration to ensure every dollar is working hard. . . Leverage AI tools to create content, design landing pages, optimize SEO, personalize merchandising, and accelerate experimentation. . . Use analytics platforms like GA4 and Tableau to identify insights, track KPIs, and inform fast decision-making. . . Work closely with the CRM team to design segmentation strategies, lifecycle marketing, and win-back campaigns that drive retention. . . Own and manage the DTC P&L, building forecasts and business cases to support ongoing investment in growth. . . Drive UX testing and on-site optimization, including PDP improvements, bundling strategies, and A/B experiments. . . Champion a culture of experimentation and speed, constantly testing new tools, ideas, and channels to stay ahead of the curve. . . Why Join JAM+. . What We’re Looking For. . 5+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance marketing roles, ideally in a lean ecommerce environment. . . Strong track record of managing and scaling paid media, including agency oversight and direct ownership of campaign strategy. . . Experience with the core performance stack: GA4, attribution tools, A/B testing, Shopify or Magento, Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms. . . Demonstrated use of AI tools in your work (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Copy.ai, Notion AI, etc.) and a passion for using technology to increase leverage. . . Creative instincts paired with a test-driven mindset; able to move between brand storytelling and conversion optimization. . . Entrepreneurial, motivated by results, and comfortable with ambiguity and speed. . . A builder’s mindset—someone who wants to create something big from the ground up. . . Company Location: Canada.
