As a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with over 40 years of experience, they offer programs in Shiatsu Therapy both locally in Melbourne, Victoria, and remotely across the country. The organisation is managed by a Board of Directors who oversee all aspects of its operations and training delivery.. Primary Objective:. The VA will mainly assist the Director of Office Administration, but will also assist each of the other directors with administrative tasks that sit within their department, as needed. The demands of the role are greater at the beginning of Semester 1 and 2 throughout the year.. Key Responsibilities. Management of teaching materials, course guides and notes, attendance. Complete filing, word processing and routine admin tasks as required. Assisting with the processing of student enrolments. Assisting with the processing of student clinic files. Assist with compiling student survey forms and feedback. Support the college in the maintenance of accurate student and course information. Assisting with the processing of training resources. Processing of video recordings of tutorials and uploading to LMS. Assist with the processing of student assessments and results. Student file management. Creating & scheduling social media content. Maintaining CRM records. Maintaining staff & trainer information records. Assist with Learning Management System Course setups and management through wordpress website. Other tasks as related to the administration of the College. Required Skills and Qualifications:. Demonstrated experience in administrative competencies.. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in software packages such as, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDFs, Google Doc & Google Sheets to professionally prepare and maintain all documentation from the College.. Experience in basic video editing. Experience with basic Wordpress website maintenance. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instruction.
