Languages: English & Japanese (Fluent). Key Responsibilities. Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Japanese market. . Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and interest in the company’s SaaS solutions. . Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. . Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). . Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies. . Translate and adapt outreach materials and product messaging into natural, business-level Japanese. . Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. . Fluent in Japanese. and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken). . 1+ years. of SDR, BDR, or lead generation experience. , preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. . Background in Demand Generation industry. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. . Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). . Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup. .
