You will be instrumental in translating business and clinical needs into scalable, compliant, and high-performing technology solutions.. . Accountabilities. As a Product Manager, you will:. . Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.. . Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, clinical, marketing) through the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.. . Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities to extend capabilities via APIs.. . Translate business and clinical requirements into API specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.. . Ensure APIs are designed for scalability, security (HIPAA, HITRUST), and ease of integration.. . Define API packaging, pricing, and licensing models and monitor KPIs for adoption, usage, uptime, and customer satisfaction.. . Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and standards.. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).. . 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or health information services.. . Strong technical understanding of APIs, developer portals, authentication (OAuth2), and API management platforms.. .
