We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to help us build the next generation of digital products that power our conference and media business. You'll work directly with the founder and a team of developers to scope, plan, and ship tools that range from AI-driven registration analysis to public-facing digital experiences.. You'll be launching products: defining requirements, running sprints, writing specs, and making sure what we ship actually solves the problem it was meant to solve. You'll also support a globally distributed team as an all-purpose resource for technical integrations, software evaluation, and implementation.. The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, and comfortable translating ambiguity into actionable plans.. Responsibilities: . Own the sprint process for developers — standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Write clear requirements and specifications that developers can build from.
