As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the full product design lifecycle—from strategy and research to interface design and delivery—working cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, and educational teams. Define and own product vision and roadmap aligned with user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.. . Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity design creation in Figma.. . Maintain and scale a comprehensive design system to ensure consistent and efficient product development.. . Collaborate closely with engineering to align on implementation feasibility and technical constraints.. . Facilitate stakeholder engagement with educators, clinicians, and internal teams to gather insights and validate product solutions.. . Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization, ensuring timely and quality product delivery.. . Use data and KPIs to continuously evaluate, iterate, and refine the user experience.. . . 5+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution.. . Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product work and measurable impact.. . Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience with design systems and component libraries.. . Technical fluency and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to scope and refine deliverables.. . Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Linear or Jira.. .
