Executive Assistant & Governance Officer to the CEO at Health Diplomacy Alliance. This is a full-time remote position for an Executive Assistant & Governance Officer supporting the CEO of a Europe-based not-for-profit organisation. The role is open to candidates based in Egypt, Ghana, Tunisia, or Nigeria. You provide high-level executive support, contribute to governance and HR processes, and support smooth coordination across senior leadership, teams, and external stakeholders. You manage schedules and priorities, prepare expense reports and briefing materials, handle sensitive administrative tasks, and support clear, timely communication across the organisation.. Qualifications. Proven experience in executive and administrative assistance at a senior level . Experience preparing and managing expense reports and supporting executive workflows . Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders . Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment . Familiarity with governance processes or non-profit operations is an advantage . Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools and digital systems . Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset . Executive Support (50%). Manage and prioritise the ED/CEO’s agenda and meetings . Anticipate needs and prepare briefs, background notes, and files in advance . Coordinate meetings, events, and missions with internal teams and external stakeholders . Consolidate discussion points and technical inputs across teams . Prepare presentations for governance bodies, internal committees, and financial stakeholders . Draft, edit, and format correspondence, briefing notes, minutes, and formal communications in French and English . Governance & HR Support (30%). Prepare documentation and coordinate logistics for governance and board meetings . Maintain governance records and track decisions and action points . Support HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and confidential personnel files . Contribute to HR reporting and internal or governance-related meetings and events . Administrative, Data & Operational Support (20%). Maintain and update contact and stakeholder databases (Salesforce or equivalent) . Manage information systems and document repositories (Microsoft 365, SharePoint) . Handle correspondence, expense claims, travel planning, and logistical coordination . Publish and schedule social media content and monitor basic performance indicators . Provide ad hoc support to support the effective functioning of the ED/CEO’s office. Company Location: Tunisia.
