In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve our programmatic advertising strategies.. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization will help us understand customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and enhance our overall performance in the competitive digital marketing landscape.. Responsibilities. . Build and maintain customer segmentation models (e.g., clustering, RFM analysis, behavioral cohorts) . . Design and deploy predictive models (e.g., churn prediction, coupon redemption, purchase frequency) . . Develop and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics and segment performance . . Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities . . Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business and marketing stakeholders . . Continuously refine models and reporting frameworks to enhance accuracy and business impact . . Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from various departments.. . . Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.. . 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles.. . Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R,SQL.. . Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including clustering, classification, and regression . . Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.. . Solid understanding of data management principles and database structures.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.. .
