We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support our Sales and Client Success teams. The ideal candidate must have experience working with the CRM tool “FreshDesk” and other platforms such as zoom, Hubspot, etc for managing sales pipelines, generating reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication skills, organizational ability, and tech-savviness.. Responsibilities. . Manage and maintain sales pipelines using FreshDesk and other CRM platforms as needed. . Assist in onboarding new leads, qualifying prospects, and routing leads appropriately. . Generate, track, and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and dashboards. . Support sales representatives by coordinating calendars, setting follow-ups, and managing task lists. . Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance and funnel health. . Maintain data hygiene within the CRM to ensure accurate records and reporting. . Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to ensure seamless customer. . journeys. . Help identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements for smoother operations. . Provide general administrative support to the sales leadership team as needed. . . Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Operations Specialist, or Virtual Assistant supporting sales teams. . Hands-on experience with FreshDesk CRM (or similar tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). . Strong background in pipeline management and sales reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. . Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems. . Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting. . Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. . Familiarity with SaaS, legal, or healthcare industries is a plus. . Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). . High school diploma or equivalent. . Preferred Skills (Nice to Have). . Experience with tools likeFreshDesk, HubSpot, Slack, Monday.com, Zoom, Google Workspace. . Knowledge of SaaS business sales funnels, lead generation strategies, and customer lifecycle. . Great understanding of marketing automation platforms and email campaign tracking. . . System and Work Setup Requirements. . A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.. . Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage. . Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution. . A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work. .
